Your Naming Celebrant

Your family celebrant works with you to deliver a unique and personalised Naming Ceremony.

♥ During our first meeting, your Naming Ceremony Celebrant, will provide you with example services and ideas for readings, poems and symbolic elements such as lighting candles or letting off balloons.

♥ We will then ask you to fill in a short questionnaire about you and your family, like ‘What does the name mean to you?’ and ‘What do you hope for their future?’.

♥ We will craft a fully individual ceremony script that can include space for poems and readings, religious or non religious content and any other symbolic additions you may like to include.

♥ The ceremony can include the traditional elements such as making promises and commitments as parents as well as guideparents or significant friends or family that will help guide your new addition.

♥ On the day we will help you co-ordinate the ceremony to ensure everything is set up and go through the role of your chosen special adults during the ceremony. We will end with the signing of certificates.

♥ Our role as your Naming Ceremony Celebrant is to ensure treasured memories for years to come.
